At the London Writers' Salon, our goal is to encourage and nurture writers of all kinds.

From our daily Writers’ Hour writing sprints, to community meetups and in-depth interviews and workshops, our mission is to inspire creativity and help writers get closer to their creative goals.

Weekly Writers' Hour Contest

Each week, we’ll release a new creative writing prompt. These prompts will be an opportunity for writers of all experience levels and working in all genres to stretch their writing muscles for a chance to win a cash prize and publication in Writers’ Hour Magazine.

The weekly contest prompt is released every Sunday 9pm BST / 4pm ET / 1pm PT via Writers Hour Magazine and shared with subscribers.

Each week, we release a new creative writing prompt.

To view this week’s prompt, visit and subscribe to Writers' Hour Magazine.
